Pricing policy
The prices shown on the website are for individuals, including VAT. If you are a merchant, please send us your request using the form or contact information. More information is available in the section How to buy.
Any discount vouchers that may be provided are personal and non-transferable to third parties. Third-party orders processed with your discount will be canceled and the discount code voided.
Prices are reviewed once a year (in July) and, where appropriate, updated.
Delivery time

Returns
If you wish to return a product, you have 15 days from delivery to do so. The return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. The product must be properly packaged following the instructions we will send you (you will also find them in the Guides section). Once we receive the merchandise and verify that it is in good condition, you will be refunded the amount of the returned products within a maximum period of 7 days.
Transport damage
During the first 48 hours after receiving your order, please check the integrity of the products.
If some products have been damaged during transport and we have managed the shipment, please send us photographs documenting the condition of the packaging before opening it (if it was already deteriorated) and photographs of the deteriorated products. If the packaging is visibly damaged, please note this on the documentation the carrier asks you to sign.
If they are minor chips, in the first package of your order (if there are several), you'll find two small bottles of dye to restore the patina color. Follow the enclosed instructions, which you will also find in the Guides section.
If the damage is extensive, we will file a claim with the shipping company and refund you the value of the damaged products..
Warranty
Our products have a 10-year warranty. The warranty will not apply to any patina that may have evolved over the years, nor to pieces that have small superficial cracks, have been modified, have suffered negligence in handling, accidents with strong impacts or natural disasters.
Errata and tolerances
The website and catalog may contain errors, including errors in translation, pricing, etc., as well as a margin of error in measurements of up to 1~2 cm (0.5~0.75”). Weight may vary significantly more due to the handcrafted manufacturing process (up to 10~15%).
Right of sale
The right to sell is reserved. Orders may be canceled and payment refunded if deemed appropriate.
Data protection
The personal information you provide will only be used to process your orders and/or send you marketing information if you have given us your permission. It will not be transferred or sold to third parties under any circumstances.
Only essential information will be provided to the carrier (if external) in order to deliver the order.
You can request the deletion of your personal data at any time, in the GDPR - Personal Data section, which you can find in your profile (you can access it by clicking on your name in the top right corner). If you don't have an account because you placed orders as a guest, or because you only provided us with your email address to subscribe to our mailing list, please contact us and we will do so. You will find our information in the section Contact us.
