Everything that is manufactured on demand has a minimum delivery time of one month, it may be longer depending on the order queue and the volume to be produced. The production season runs from September 21st to June 21st, and we recommend placing large orders no later than May, and in any case no later than May 31st. Otherwise, the order will be processed when the next production season begins.
Furthermore, products in stock can be shipped year-round, except for the month of August.
Regarding delivery methods and conditions, we offer:
Internal transport
We have internal transport in the province of Girona and Barcelona for orders of up to 1,000 kg.
IMPORTANT: If you don't have the means to unload the pallet(s) (forklift or similar) from the van, check the Internal BULK Transport box and we will help you unload by hand.
On the other hand, if you have machinery, check PALLETIZED internal transport.
Shipping via third parties
For a weight issue, most third-party shipments will be made using pallets via specialized transport companies, who will deliver the pallets to the curb. From here on, the management of the material is the responsibility of the buyer.
In cases where resources are not available to move the pallet (elevator, pallet truck, bull, forklift, etc.), you will have to dismantle the packaging progressively from top to bottom and transport the pieces manually, or with a cart/hand truck.
If the weight of the order doesn't exceed 20 kg, it can be sent by normal parcel service.
Notes: In any case, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are calculated based on weight and distance.
The maximum allowable weight per pallet is approximately 600 kg on a Euro-pallet (European pallet), and about 800 kg on an industrial (or American) pallet.
We ship throughout the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Collection at the workshop
We also offer the free service of collecting the material from our workshop, where we can help you carefully load it into your vehicle.
